Douglas has been a pivotal player in my Management Team. He has driven cost effective solutions into our business and is adept at finding pragmatic and workable solutions to tricky problems. Many of our Aviation customers have demanding compliance requirements of their own and we have secured ‘Authorised Supplier’ status to many major players in the industry.

I think that with the help that Douglas has given us has certainly saved us many months of time and effort and now that we have everything in place we are confident that we can bid for more contracts.

Douglas came into our organisation and helped to put down the foundations for our ISO9001 and ISO27001 requirements combining the two into one integrated system making it easier for us to maintain. Within the first 4 months we achieved 9001 and we hope to complete 27001 in the next 3 months thanks to the experience Douglas has brought to the organisation.
